Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Tiers

Two sponsorship tiers are offered: Territory Sponsor — your banner is shown only to people using the platform in your sponsored territory (a city and country), in the app and in platform emails there; and Global Sponsor — your banner appears on every single page and in every email sent to members, worldwide.

Territory sponsorship applies to one territory only. If you wish to sponsor additional territories, a separate sponsorship is required for each.

2. Rates & Billing

Territory Sponsor rates: $99/month billed monthly, $89/month billed $267 every 3 months, or $74/month billed $888 per year. Global Sponsor rates: $199/month billed monthly, $179/month billed $537 every 3 months, or $149/month billed $1,788 per year.

Sponsorship fees are payable in advance for the billing period you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Rates and packages may change from time to time; changes do not affect a sponsorship already paid for its current term.

3. Banner Specifications

Banners must be supplied as a JPG or PNG image file at exactly 1200 × 150 px (8:1 width-to-height ratio). Banners supplied in any other size or proportion will be resized to fit, and parts of your design may be cut off.

HPN reserves the right to refuse any banner that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or incompatible with the platform's brand and audience, or that violates applicable advertising regulations.

4. Placement & Rotation

Territory sponsors: each visitor's location is detected automatically; people located in your sponsored territory see your banner at full width at the bottom of app pages and inside platform emails sent to members in your territory. Visitors located elsewhere never see your banner.

Global sponsors: your banner is shown to everyone, on every page and in every email sent to members, worldwide.

A maximum of five sponsors are featured at any one time per placement — banners rotate among them. HPN does not guarantee any share of impressions beyond inclusion in the rotation.

5. No Guarantee of Results

HPN does not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, conversions, or business outcomes resulting from your sponsorship. Sponsorship places your brand in front of the platform's audience; results depend on factors including your banner creative and offer.

6. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

Your sponsorship runs for the billing period you selected and renews automatically at the same rate unless cancelled. Monthly sponsorships are flexible and can be cancelled anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a prepaid quarterly or annual term.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your banner and the products or services it promotes, including compliance with advertising, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws. You will indemnify HPN against any claims arising from your banner content.

8. Termination by HPN

HPN may remove or suspend a banner, and terminate a sponsorship with immediate effect, if your banner content breaches these terms or is unlawful or harmful. In such cases no refund is provided for the current billing period.

9. Changes to These Terms

HPN may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued sponsorship after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to you by email.
